Fully automatic, operator free function
Oberlin filtration systems operate fully automatic. The individual operating steps will follow each other automatically. Additional operator staff is not necessary. Installation is possible within short time periods.
1. Chamber closing (ca. 15 sec.)![]() The filter chambers are pneumatically closed against each other. |
2. Filtration (ca. 1 - 480 min.)![]() The dirty liquid is then pumped in to the filter chamber. The solids will be collected on the filter media. The filtered liquid flows back into the process. |

3. Drying (ca. 60 - 120 sec.)![]() After reaching the maximum filter pressure, the filter cake will be automatically dried. |
4. Chamber opening/ Cake discharge (ca. 20 sec.)![]() The chamber opens and the filter cake is automatically discharged by advancing of the filter media. The filtration surface is now covered with fresh filter media. |
